Why can't I always choose how I withdraw my funds?

If you have used a Debit/Credit card, Neteller,PayPal or Moneybookers to deposit funds into your Betfair account you will be required to withdraw back at least the amount deposit via each payment method before any additional funds can be withdrawn.
