Why can't I use my card for withdrawals?

This is due to one of the following reasons:

- you are using a MasterCard issued in UK in a Betfair non-sterling account
- you are using a MasterCard issued in UK in a Betfair sterling account but you are trying to withdraw more than what you deposited using that card
- you are using a Visa card issued in a country where withdrawals are not permitted.

You may choose an alternate payment method to withdraw your funds however you may be required to complete some security checks before being allowed to continue.
